White Barn ~ Lindsay and Chris

Oh, this is a good one. We fell in love with Jessica Vogelsang’s photos of Lindsay and Chris’ wedding at the White Barn in Prospect the minute we laid eyes on them– and we have a feeling you will too! The White Barn is one of those perfectly balanced spaces of being cozy and chic; you immediately feel comfortable but in incredibly beautiful surroundings. A perfect mix.

This is Lindsay and Chris during their first dance; not only is it an adorable snapshot of the newlyweds in love, it also shows off the beauty of the space. From the gorgeous wood floors to the sweet twinkle lights in the rafters, the White Barn is romantic, down-to-earth and just plain pretty. We also love the Mr. and Mrs. pennant banner on the table behind the couple. It’s small, personal touches like it that make weddings so special.

Two more personal touches from Lindsay and Chris’ wedding that we think is extra sweet is this painted board with the couple’s hometown’s “hearted” inside their respective states. Additionally, the lace-printed programs add a touch of whimsy to the ceremony.

Speaking of whimsy, the floral arrangements from Pisarcik Greenhouses and Flower Farm for Lindsay and Chris’ wedding are the most romantic, fun, whimsical and sweet things, ever. Who knew a simple bunch of baby’s breath in a clear glass vase and twine could look so chic? The reception table arrangements and bridal party bouquets are just as lovely. There’s an easy elegance to them that we know takes a keen eye and a lot of style. Pisarcik really delivered! Plus, the whole look of the flowers goes perfectly with the rustic glam feel of the wedding as a whole.

And then there’s the cake. How cute are those bride and groom pine cone toppers? What a clever idea! Again, the simple addition of pine cones and greenery to the classic white cake is the perfect complement to the wedding’s vibe. It’s classic, cute and understated in a totally original way. Bethel Bakery was spot on in their execution of this sweet piece of art!

As usual, the Dreamscape band absolutely killed it on the dance floor. And from the looks of things, so did all the guests! And check out these kind compliments that Dreamscape got from Lindsay and Chris’ wedding:

Green Gables Jennerstown PA Wedding ~ Heather and James

With the mid-Summer heat beating down on us, it seems appropriate to turn back time to this charming winter wedding! Heather and James hosted a beautifully rustic affair at a gorgeous Pennsylvania venue that exudes a distinct sense of warmth and welcoming. From the unique Mountain Playhouse to the fanciful Green Gables restaurant, this couple was dedicated to giving their big day a warm log cabin feel. The City Heat wedding band kept Heather and James’ friends and family swaying on the dance floor for the remainder for the night!

The gifted Autumn Stankay at Skysight Photography snapped some stellar pics of this gorgeous big day. As you can see, these gorgeous photos surely created a wedding album that this happy couple will remember forever!

The couples said their “I do’s” at the Mountain Playhouse, a non-profit theater tucked away in Jennerstown. Guests entered through wreath-laden double doors into a glorious theater-like setting, where Heather and James were wed on stage. This space’s dark woods, old world chandeliers, and giant gear adornments were complemented by the couple’s Christmasy decor.

The party continued at the adjoining Green Gables Restaurant, a luminous space that perfectly combines timeless elegance with whimsical woodsiness that is ideal for a winter wedding. Teresa Marafino, the restaurant’s talented event planner, painstakingly arranged the space’s singular decor to create a gorgeous lodge-like atmosphere dripping with luminous string lights and seasonal evergreens. Everyone enjoyed a delectable meal on bright red table cloths that were reminiscent of Christmas. Near the end of dinner, guests indulged in the decadent hot chocolate bar with all the sweet fixings that make the holidays one of the most wonderful times of the year!

After sharing a heartwarming first dance beneath the restaurant’s twinkling lights, guests hit the dance floor and celebrated the couple’s union by groovin’ on the dance floor to the music of Pennsylvania’s premier wedding band!

Country Club Ligonier Wedding ~ Rachael and Matt

There’s really nothing like a quintessential winter wedding! Rachael and Matt celebrated their union in an elegant yet faintly rustic setting that truly invoked the welcoming feel of a classic country-style Christmas. From the heartwarming ceremony to the grand festivities at the country club, this big day is sure to leave an impression on guests for the rest of their days! The couple and their family danced the night away to the tunes of Pittsburgh’s finest wedding band, which conjured a distinct atmosphere of cheer and jubilation during the reception!

Rachael and Matt said their “I do’s” surrounded by their nearest and dearest at St. Mary’s of the Mount, a beautiful Roman Catholic Church nestled in Pittsbugh’s Mount Washington neighborhood. The soaring ceilings invoked the God’s presence while blooming winter flowers decorated the altar, creating a stunning space that was nothing short of perfect for this hallmark moment!

The newlyweds enjoyed a delightful dinner with their closest friends and family at a historic club known for its exclusivity and gorgeous stone architecture. The guests enjoyed a relaxing cocktail hour in the Terrace Room before making their way into the Ballroom for a delectable dinner. Wedding planner Nicole Dorko ensured that everything looked stellar. The ballroom served as a testament to her dedication, with the light-laden holly branches and illuminated Christmas tree perfectly offsetting the space’s elegant light blue walls, sky high ceilings, and shimmering crystal chandeliers.

To keep the party rolling all night long, the couple looked to the Dreamscape Wedding Band to set the atmosphere with some incredible music! The dance floor was in full swing until it was time for the couple to make their grand exit!
