The John Parker Band had the pleasure of performing at the wedding of Jaclyn and Evan’s recent wedding at Peek n’ Peak Resort. It was an all-around great time, with an all star line up of wedding vendors.

Pittsburgh’s top wedding band provided the music and entertainment, beautiful flowers were arranged by Danielle at Miss Millie’s Proper Petals, simply elegant cake by Jenifer Beal, and amazing Photographer Rachel Lusky and Top Erie Wedding Videographer Corey Graham capturing it all!

The Hillsboro Club ~ Katie and Dan

As John Parker performs in many areas of the Northeast & Florida – he often finds himself at weddings in some very nice locations. Katie and Dan’s recent wedding at the old-Floridian styled & oceanfront Hillsboro Club was not only elegant & beautiful…but oh so fun!

“Thank you so SO SO much for an amazing night!!! Our guests were IN LOVE with you and your band- they all said it was the best band they had ever seen/heard at any wedding and in general. You truly made the night and we could never thank you enough. Please say thank you’s to all the band members- they are all incredible performers!!!! I was having so much fun on dance you were asked to play a little longer- a testament to how wonderful you all are!”

What flattering praise from the bride! It is what The John Parker Band always strives to do– but really awesome to hear!

Anne and Justin chose a storied & elegant venue for their wedding & reception, The Addison, with its combination of Old World charm and modern elegance.

Jen of Captured Photography by Jen indeed captured every detail, from the bride’s gorgeous dress, to the flowers by Boca by Design, to the wildly great time had by their guests, all to the music of The John Parker Band!

The Club at Shadow Lakes ~ Dana and Erik

These shoes were made for dancing, and that’s just what they did!

The John Parker Band provided the live music for Dana and Erik’s wedding reception at The Club at Shadow Lakes, entertaining the bride and groom and their guests throughout the evening.

Photography by Suzie shared these photos, showing the beauty of The Club, the personality infused into this celebration, John and his Band, and, of course, the fun times had by everyone in attendance!

Omni William Penn wedding featured in Whirl Magazine

Recently featured in Whirl Magazine, Ashley and David’s wedding was exquisite to say the least.

Falling in love and getting engaged after just a short 7 months of dating, Ashley and David knew they wanted to spend their lives together. And not even the groom’s deployment to Afghanistan ruined their plans (thanks to lots of help from the mother of the bride!).

Married at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Downtown Pittsburgh, Ashley and David, along with their guests, then continued their celebration at the ever-romantic Omni William Penn Hotel.

The music of The John Parker Band, colorful arrangements, a ‘something old’ in the form of touches of Alençon lace mixed with new on Ashley’s Vera Wang gown, and a towering cake by Bella Christie Sweet Boutique, made this wedding truly their own.

After a heavenly honeymoon in Fiji, Ashley and David’s unpredictable story continued, with David heading to Japan to help with the tsunami relief effort. And soon after, they celebrated the birth of a son!

We can only imagine, and wish for, the best for this great couple!
